E-Tender: Framework Contract for Sports Events & Talent Grooming — Directorate of Sports (Merged Areas)

Issuer: Directorate of Sports (Merged Areas), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Directorate invites sealed tenders on E-PADS (Single Stage, Single Envelope) for a framework contract to supply/provide sports-related services in merged districts.

How to apply:

- Bid documents can be downloaded from E-PADS after publication until the last day for submission.

- Bid security: Rs. 600,000 (in the form of Call Deposit Receipt) payable in the name of the undersigned. The CDR must be uploaded on E-PADS and the hard copy must reach the office on or before the closing date.

- Submission deadline: Upload bids on E-PADS on or before 2026-08-18 until 11:00 AM. Hard copies of required documents (including bid security CDR) must reach the office by the same date.

- Opening: Bids will be opened on 2026-08-18 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Director Sports, Merged Areas, Peshawar Sports Complex, Peshawar Cantt., in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Other conditions:

- All taxes will be charged as per rules.

- The procuring authority may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance as per KPPRA Rules, 2022.
