Final Public Notice to Defaulting Leaseholders — Gadoon Economic Zone (KPEZDMC)

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC). Purpose: Final notice to leaseholders/allottees of industrial plots in Gadoon Economic Zone who have failed to comply with their Lease Deeds and applicable policies. Leaseholders are given a final opportunity to regularize defaults within thirty (30) days from the date of publication by appearing before the Zone Manager, Gadoon Economic Zone, and submitting required documents and payments.

Required actions (to be submitted within 30 days):

• A duly executed undertaking on the requisite judicial stamp paper committing to fulfill all outstanding lease obligations;
• A time-bound and workable implementation plan for commencement/completion of construction and operationalization of the industrial unit;
• Payment of all outstanding dues payable to KPEZDMC or other arrangements approved by the competent authority.

Consequences of non-compliance: Failure to comply within the stipulated period may render the defaulting leaseholders liable to legal action, cancellation/resumption of lease/allotment, forfeiture of amounts deposited with KPEZDMC, and re-allotment of plots. The industrial plots may be re-allocated to genuine investors without further notice. KPEZDMC reserves all rights under applicable laws, rules, and Lease Deeds.
