Eligibility and conditions (as stated):
- Three assignments of similar nature and complexity.
- Financial requirements noted in the notice: PKR 51,485,680 and turnover of at least PKR 45,049,970 in the previous three years.
- Presence on Active Tax Payers List and valid Sales Tax certificate required.
- The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Joint ventures (JV) are not permissible.
- Failure to provide required bid security will render a bid non-responsive/ineligible.
All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan. DPRQ/PRQ No. 485/30-7-2026.
