Head - Agriculture Credit (Consumer Banking Group)	Band-2 / Band-3	Lahore	Drive growth of the Bank’s agriculture lending portfolio in line with business plan and objectives. Promote program-based lending tailored to customer needs; liaise with other business units for leads. Identify business opportunities, structure proposals, negotiate terms and determine security arrangements. Ensure credit discipline and compliance with Bank policies and SBP/regulatory requirements; monitor performance.	Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institution. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience. Maximum age: 55 years as on date of application.
Head - SME (Consumer Banking Group)	Band-2 / Band-3	Lahore	Develop and implement SME business plans in line with Bank objectives. Promote program-based lending for existing and prospective SME clients. Drive growth through business strategies, identify new business avenues, structure proposals and determine security arrangements. Maintain credit discipline and ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.	Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institution. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience. Maximum age: 55 years as on date of application.
