NADRA Tender for Purchase of Manageable Layer-2 Switches (Tender No. NADRA-HQ-RFB-93/2026)

Issuer: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan. Invitation for e-bids for supply of network switches and centralized management software under reference "P75412" (EPADS v2.0).

Key procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope. Evaluation will use LCBS in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-12 at 11:00 AM, Procurement Department, Headquarters NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad.

Submission deadline (e-bids): 2026-08-20 by 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS v2.0. Manual bid submission is not accepted.

Electronic bidding documents, terms, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at: https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/75412. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Vendors must also submit hard copies of NTN certificate, Sales Tax registration proof, Business registration proof and an undertaking of non-blacklisting on company letterhead along with the original bid security to the address below on or before 2026-08-20 11:00 AM.

Note: NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The Procuring Agency will not be responsible for any technical issue on EPADS related to the bidder's module; bidders are solely responsible for timely submission.
