National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from advertising agencies to provide comprehensive advertising, media and public communication services including traditional print, electronic, digital/social media, activation and creative services for NGC campaigns and corporate communications.

Scope of WorkMedia planning and buying, creative concept and production (print, electronic, digital), public communication campaigns, event/activation support and related advertising services as required by NGC.
Key Eligibility / Documents Required
  • Registered with Press Information Department (PID) and relevant industry bodies (APNS, PBA) and tax authorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in launching advertising & public communication campaigns for major clients (including capability to place advertisements/tenders in national newspapers).
  • Complete company profile and details of technical expertise and supporting infrastructure.
  • List of previous/current clients (public & private sector) and past relevant assignments.
  • Affidavit on stamp paper confirming the agency is not blacklisted by any federal/provincial government entity and submission of a non-collusion certificate.
  • Audited financial accounts for the last three years or evidence of financial soundness.
Selection ProcessShortlisted agencies will be asked to present concepts and supporting materials. NGC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with its Advertisement Policy 2024 and applicable guidelines.
