WAPDA Tarbela Power Station E-Bid Notice – Diving Equipment & LV Substation Spares (Closing 2026-08-20)

Issuer: WAPDA, Chief Engineer (Power), Tarbela Power Station. Invitation for electronic bids (EPADS v2.0) for procurement planned under FY 2026-27. Bids must follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and WAPDA procurement guidelines. Submission via EPADS only; e-bids to be submitted by 1100 Hrs on the closing date. Bidders must provide bid security as specified and comply with LCBS (Least Cost Based Selection) technique and bidding document requirements.

Key instructions: Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form prescribed in the Bidding Document. A single-stage, one-envelope procedure will be used under LCBS.
