Issuer: Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA – Tarbela Dam. Invitation for electronic bids (EPADS v2.0) for procurement reserved and planned under FY 2026-27 for Tarbela Power Station. Single Stage–One Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Submission method: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (epads.wapda.gov.pk). Bids must be uploaded and submitted on EPADS by the specified cut-off time (bids submitted otherwise will be rejected).
