Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EP&CCD), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for procurement of the following services. Joint venture/consortium is not allowed.

Key information:

- Eligibility: Only firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures/consortia not allowed.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (PSID) via prescribed digital banking channels as instructed in the e-Procurement documents.
- Procurement method: Submission and processing through Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only. Single stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted as per Punjab PPRA Rules.
