Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab.
Purpose: Procurement of firms to deliver environment and climate awareness services. Only firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments may apply. Joint ventures/consortiums are not allowed. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-PS) only.

Key submission and eligibility details:
- Submission method: Bids must be submitted via the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-PS) only.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited via the digital banking facility in the e-PS by generating the PSID and depositing through prescribed banking channels; the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Bid and be in favour of the Project Director, SP&IU, EP&CCD.
- Bid validity: 120 days.
- Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per Rule 2(a) of Rule No. 38 of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date). Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the PPR Rules 2014 (amended).

- Last date/time for submission: 2026-08-11 at 11:00 AM.
- Opening of bids: 2026-08-11 at 11:30 AM (bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend). If the opening day is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as opening date with the same time and venue.
