Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited Announces Second Interim Cash Dividend

Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has announced a second interim cash dividend approved by the Board of Directors. The company issued the announcement on 29 July 2026.

Eligible shareholders recorded in the CDC (Central Depository Company) system at book closure will receive the declared interim cash dividend. Shareholders must ensure their bank details (IBAN) are correctly updated with their CDC participant or submit required documents to the CDC Share Registrar to facilitate electronic payment of the dividend.

Shareholders who have not provided/upgraded IBAN details, valid CNIC copies, joint-account instructions (including proportion of shareholding for joint accounts), or whose tax status is affected by the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), should update their records immediately to avoid payment delays or tax deductions as per applicable FBR rules. Payments will be processed through banking channels against valid IBANs and CDC records.
