Commissioner Makuran Division, Turbat, notifies that land in Mouza Gurandani Junubi, District Gwadar, is likely to be acquired for the Gwadar Port Authority. The land was earlier notified under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 by the Deputy Commissioner/Collector, District Gwadar (Notification No. 6180/RB/DC Gwadar/2026 dated 13 July 2026). A declaration is made under Section 6 and, under Section 7, the Deputy Commissioner/Collector District Gwadar is directed to make the acquisition.
The plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Deputy Commissioner/Collector, District Gwadar during office hours.
