The Banking Court, Hyderabad, on behalf of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (TBL), has filed suit No. 236 of 2026 under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 seeking recovery of an outstanding amount of 986,300 plus interest, mark-up and recovery costs from the defendant.
The defendant, Abdul Hafeez son of Muhammad Yusuf, is directed to appear before the Banking Court Hyderabad on 2026-08-13 at 08:30 AM and to submit a written statement of defence within 30 days. Failure to appear may result in judgment being passed in favour of the bank.
