Banking Court No. 11, Hyderabad has issued a summons in Suit No. 237 of 2026 filed by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (TBL), head office Zero Point, Islamabad, for recovery of Rs. 834,593 plus mark-up and costs under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001.
Defendant Abdul Karim Pleejo son of Ali Mohammad Pleejo, resident of Mirpur Balo (Tehsil Mirpur Balo, District Sujawal), is required to appear in court on 13 August 2026 at 08:30 AM and file a written defence or otherwise comply within 30 days; failure to appear may result in a decree being passed in favour of the bank.
