Banking Court-II Hyderabad Summons in ZTBL Recovery Suit No. 294/2026

Banking Court-II, Hyderabad (Judge Farid Anwar Qazi) has issued a summons in Suit No. 294/2026 filed by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), head office Faisal Avenue, Islamabad, for recovery of Rs. 339,108 under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001. The suit names Ilham Bachayo as legal heir of the late Jam Khan Patafi (CNIC: 1-4627386-41104), resident of District Badin, as respondent.

The respondent is required to appear before Banking Court-II at the District and Sessions Court Building (First Floor), Hyderabad on 2026-08-12 at 8:30 AM. Under Section 10 of the Ordinance the respondent may file a written statement within 30 days; failure to appear may result in the bank's claim being accepted and decree passed.
