MES Notice of Tender — Emergency Works for Provision of Facilities at PAF Bases

Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala) invites sealed tenders for emergency works under PPRR Rule 42-C(v) of 2004 for provision of certain facilities at various PAF Bases. Tenders must be submitted to the Accepting Officer by 1130 Hrs on the closing date and will be opened at 1200 Hrs the same day.

Eligibility and instructions:

- Contractors must apply for issuance of tender documents with their credentials and required documents. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and satisfying other specified conditions.

- Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any government department in a court of law and that there is no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ) outstanding against them.

- All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and firms registered with PEC and on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience are eligible to apply.

- Contractors or their representatives may be present at the time of tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33(1) of PPR Rules.
