MES Tender: Emergency Works at PAF Bases — DWC&CE (PAF) Chaklala Invites Bids

Military Engineer Services (Office of DWC&CE (PAF) Chaklala) invites sealed tenders for emergency works under PPRA Rule 42(c)(v). Tender Notice No. DW&CE/6002-Advt-Fsl/64/E-6 dated 05 Oct 2026. Applications for issuance of tender documents will be scrutinized and issued only to firms meeting the stated credentials and experience requirements.

• Submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as specified.
• Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and meeting other conditions will be issued tender documents.
• All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Contractors must not be involved in litigation with Government departments and must have no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).
• Contractors should be on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' and have relevant experience.
• The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders; rejected tenders will be handled per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.

Submission and opening:

• Tender documents must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 Hrs on 2026-10-22.
• Tenders will be opened at 1200 Hrs on 2026-10-22.
• Contractors may be present at the time of opening.
