Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes and registered on the Punjab e-procurement system. Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / earnest money must be submitted to the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sargodha before the tender opening; scanned copies must be uploaded with the bid.
