Tender: Procurement of Medical Equipment/Medicines for Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo Lahore

Directorate General Wildlife & Parks Punjab invites electronic bids for procurement of medical equipment/medicines under the project titled “Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore.” Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, etc., registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax).

Key submission details:

- Submission deadline (e-bids through eProc system): 2026-08-10 by 1:00 PM. Bid opening: same day at 1:30 PM in presence of committee and bidders/representatives.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated price must be submitted; bid security submission will be processed digitally through the e-procurement system.

- Bidders must submit signed and stamped technical and financial documents. Bids incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or received after the specified time will not be considered. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as closing date.

- Bid validity: 120 days from the last date of submission.

- Bidding documents and submission are available online at the Punjab e-procurement portals: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. No fee is required to download or submit bids. The department is not responsible for delays in e-bid submission. The department may reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.
