E-Tender: Rehabilitation of DHQ Hospital for Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College & Teaching Hospital, Mianwali

Issuer: Punjab Buildings Department (Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Mianwali; Superintending Engineer, Building Circle Sargodha).

Scope: Online e-tenders are invited from eligible / PEC-registered engineering firms / contractors for the rehabilitation / improvement of the old DHQ Hospital for establishment of Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College & Teaching Hospital at Mianwali. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with applicable PPRA rules and departmental terms and conditions.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

• Only contractors/firms with valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes may participate.
• Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / original receipt of earnest money (Earnest Money @ 5% of the estimated cost) on the e-Procurement portal. Original CDR must be submitted to the Executive Engineer Buildings Division, Mianwali before the opening of bids.
• Tender documents and bidding procedures are available exclusively on the Punjab e-Procurement website: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Prospective bidders should register and download documents from that portal.
• Successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Guarantee (10% of contract amount) as per PPRA/departmental rules within specified time after award.
• All other terms, eligibility, rejection grounds, and evaluation criteria will follow PPRA rules and the Punjab Buildings Department tender instructions.
