PITB Tender for Educational Learning Materials for Special Education (Grades 1–5)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for provisioning of educational learning resources for special education — Tech Interventions for Children with Special Needs (Phase I) under Framework Contract EGOV-07. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost at PITB and PPRA websites and can be downloaded prior to submission.

Key instructions:

• Technical and financial bids must be submitted as separate envelopes and uploaded online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
• Tender documents are also available at: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
• Electronic bid submission: bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. For registration assistance contact Punjab e-Procurement helpdesk at 1248.
• Required documents include income/sales tax registration certificates and other documents as specified in the tender document.
• Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or bids submitted by any mode other than specified will not be considered.
• PITB may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Submission timing (as published): submit bids online by 1100 hours on 10 August; bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date. Bidders should ensure timely upload to the eP portal — bid submission on the portal is the bidder's responsibility.
