PITB Invitation to Bid – Educational Learning Resources for Special Education (Framework Contract EGOV-07)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for provisioning of educational learning resources for special education under Framework Contract EGOV-07. Two separate lots are advertised for learning material for primary grades. Tender documents are available for download from PITB and PPRA Punjab websites. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk). Technical and financial bids should be submitted separately and in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

How to apply / submit bids: Submit separate technical and financial bids online only via the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents may be downloaded from www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

Requirements & notes: Bids must be completed, signed, stamped and conform to the Tender Document. Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents listed in the tender must accompany bids. For electronic bids submission and registration on the e-procurement portal, bidders should register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. For e-procurement registration support contact: 1248. PITB may reject all bids or proposals as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
