Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites online bids through the E-PADS 2.0 platform under Single Stage Single Envelope procurement (PPRA Rules) for multiple PSDP packages in Karachi. Firms must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and relevant specialized trade codes, and be registered with tax authorities (FBR/SRB).

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ (E-PADS 2.0). A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 (pay order / call deposit payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited) is required to obtain documents.
Submission and bid security: Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS 2.0 electronic system. Submission must include scanned copies of the tender fee and bid security. Original bid security and other required hard documents must be delivered in separate sealed envelopes to the Office of the General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, 6th Floor Extension Block, Bahria Complex-IV, Gizri, Karachi, as specified in the tender documents.
