Eligible consultants must hold a valid PEC license and have prior experience in infrastructure development for industrial parks, SEZs, industrial estates or housing societies.

RFPs available from 2026-07-09 on written request and payment of the non-refundable RFP/tender fee (Rs. 10,000) by pay order in favor of Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd (NTN C785957-5), with production of valid PEC, FBR & SRB registration. Submit sealed technical bids (one original + one copy) under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure to the PEZDMC Secretariat by 1400 hours on 2026-07-23; technical bids will be opened at 1430 the same day.
