Tender: Upgradation of Chief Officer Residence - Municipal Committee Chakwal

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Chakwal. Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible contractors/firms registered on e-PADS, FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with active filer status (NTN & PNTN) and required supporting documents.

Purpose: Upgradation / improvement of the Chief Officer's residence at Committee Bagh Road, Chakwal.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Submit bids electronically only via e-PADS platform. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files in accordance with applicable e-PADS procedures.

- Contractors/firms must be registered on e-PADS, FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority and hold Active Filer status (NTN & PNTN) and other mandatory documents.

- Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Rate(s) must be quoted in figures and words. Item-wise rates against each DSR/BOQ must be quoted; percentage-based bids will not be accepted.

- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost (to be submitted as CDR / Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque in favor of Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Chakwal). Insurance bonds are not acceptable. Hard copy of original bid security (original + photocopy) must be submitted in the office of MC Chakwal by 11:00 AM on the closing date for verification; failure to supply hard copy within stipulated time may result in rejection.

- Bid validity: 120 days from the date of opening.

- Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024 and PPRA Rules-2014. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any/all bids in accordance with rules.

- Bids will be opened on the same day (opening time indicated in bidding documents).
