The Bank of Punjab Tender – Hiring Contractors for Renovation at BOP Branches in Karachi & Rahim Yar Khan

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). The Bank invites technical and financial bids through the Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process from well-reputed organisations/companies for renovation works at specified BOP branches. Bid documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website and may be obtained/downloaded free of cost.

Key submission and opening details:

- Bid submission method: Upload/submit through Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
- Submission deadline: 2026-08-13 at 11:00 AM.
- Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-13 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened at a later date/time to be announced.

Important requirements and conditions:

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be paid/submitted through 1Link / Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
- Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
- Tender notice is uploaded on PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement System.
- The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents. Complaints may be filed via SBP’s ‘Sunwai’ service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
