Auction: Canteen (Tuck Shop) and Parking Services at THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa — FY 2026-27

THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa invites sealed bidding/auction documents for the award of Canteen (Tuck Shop)/Main Canteen/Cafeteria and Parking Services for the financial year 2026-27. Submission and auction will be handled by the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa.

Key conditions and instructions:

1. Bidders must submit bidding/auction documents in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa. Call Deposit receipts will be returned on the spot to unsuccessful bidders; the CDR of the highest bidder will be retained by the Procuring Agency until the maturity of the contract.

2. Government, semi-government defaulters are not allowed to participate. Participation requires original CNIC; without CNIC no bidder will be allowed to participate.

3. Bidders must be active taxpayers and provide NTN/STRN.

4. The contract period commences on signing and will expire on 2027-06-30.

5. Payment will be made on a quarterly basis. The first quarterly payment must be submitted within two weeks from issuance of the award letter. In case of delay, a fine (as specified in the bidding document) will be charged and non-payment may result in cancellation.

6. The successful bidder will be liable to pay all applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab.

7. The Hospital Administration reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers in accordance with applicable procurement and auction rules (PPRA provisions and auction/collection rules).

8. Contractors must ensure cleanliness, sanitation and compliance with Punjab Food Authority standards for all food and beverage items offered in the canteen. A penalty (Rs. 2,000/- as shown) may be imposed for verified complaints related to unhygienic conditions.

9. The contractor shall submit Police Verification and Medical Fitness Certificates of all canteen staff before commencement.
