Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (TBL) v. Gul Hassan Bohar — Banking Court II, Hyderabad Summons (Suit No. 2026/275)

The Honourable Farid Anwar Qazi, Judge, Banking Court II, Hyderabad, has issued summons in Suit No. 2026/275 filed by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (TBL), a banking company registered under the Companies Act 1913 with head office on Faisal Avenue, Islamabad and zonal office at Hyderabad, against Gul Hassan Bohar (son of Lal Bohar; CNIC: 5-3993264-41407). The bank claims outstanding dues of Rs. 131,381 plus markup and costs under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 (Section 9).
