Public notice is issued under Sub-Section (2) of Section 39 of the Copyright Ordinance, 1962, regarding the registration of the artistic work and label design “FEW FAMOUS”.
Ali Jaffer, Zohaib Hussain Boghani & Shan, of Plot No. G-7, SITE, Hyderabad, Pakistan, applied for registration at the Central Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Karachi, on September 23, 2026. The label relates to FEW FAMOUS super enamelled copper wire and carries the statement that it is manufactured according to the British Standard.
Any person or authority having a claim, right, lien or objection should submit an objection in writing within one month of publication of this notice to the Registrar, Intellectual Property Organization, Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Plot No. CD-3, 3rd Floor, IP-House, Behind KDA, Civic Center, Block-14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
