Auction: Canteen (Tuck Shop) & Parking Services at THQ Lalamusa – FY 2026-27

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa (Dr. Mirza Muhammad Ashraf). The hospital invites sealed bids/auction participation for operation of the main canteen/tuck shop/cafeteria and parking services for the financial year 2026-27.

Key conditions and instructions:

• Submit bidding/auction documents to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa. Call deposit will be returned to unsuccessful bidders; the CDR of the 1% highest bidder will be retained in custody of the Procuring Agency until maturity of the contract.
• Bidders without CDR, tender receipt, original CNIC and NTN/STRN will not be allowed to participate. Bidder must be an active taxpayer (NTN/STRN).
• Contract period: Commences on signing and expires on 2027-06-30.
• Payments: Contractor must pay the auction amount quarterly. First quarter payment must be submitted within two weeks from issuance of the award letter. A penalty of 5% per annum (as stated) will be charged for late payment; non-payment may lead to contract cancellation.
• The successful bidder is liable for all applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab and other authorities.
• Hospital Administration reserves the right to accept or reject any/all offers as per applicable law (PPRA rules and auction regulations). Non-compliance or submission of unsatisfactory warranty will lead to forfeiture.
• Hospital has the right to terminate the contract and reclaim premises with 15 days' notice if required for hospital outsourcing/operations.
• Contractor must ensure food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with Punjab Food Authority standards. Designated penalties (e.g., Rs. 2,000 per verified complaint) may apply for violations. Contractor responsible to ensure collection and disposal of canteen waste at hospital-designated location.
• Police verification and medical fitness certificates for canteen staff are mandatory. Any employee working without required certificates will make the contractor liable to penalties and action under applicable rules.
