Punjab Irrigation Department E-Tender: Concrete Lining of Joya Distributary (RD 0+000 to 16+000) – Okara Canal Division

Punjab Irrigation Department, Executive Engineer, Okara Canal Division (LBDC), Okara invites e-tenders under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure from Pakistan Engineering Council-registered engineering firms/contractors for the concrete lining of Joya Distributary from RD 0+000 to RD 16+000. Works will be executed under the Bi-Annual Market Rate System (1 Jan 2026 to 30 Jun 2026) and relevant PPRA Rules, 2014 (amended).

Key instructions and conditions:

- Firms/contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and meet PEC specialization and PPRA eligibility.

- Bidders must submit bid security (earnest money) equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost through the Punjab e-Procurement online payment system or as specified (CDR/Bank Guarantee acceptable where applicable). Manual/physical submission of bids other than via the Punjab e-Procurement System will NOT be accepted.

- After online submission, bidders or their authorized representatives must attend the Executive Engineer’s office (Okara Canal Division, LBDC, Okara) at the time of opening; original documents as required may be requested for verification.

- Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA Rules.
