Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (head office Faisal Avenue, Islamabad; zonal office Hyderabad) has filed a recovery suit (Suit No. 2026/295) in Banking Court-II, Hyderabad under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 seeking recovery of an outstanding amount of Rs.170,186 plus costs against the legal heirs of the late Muhammad Usman Mallah.
