Communication & Works Department, 1st Buildings Division, Lahore invites sealed bids through Punjab e-Procurement System for replacement and installation of lifts at Services Hospital, Lahore. Single Stage Two Envelope (Technical & Financial) bidding procedure will be followed. Bidders must be enlisted/renewed with PEC in the relevant category and authorized dealers/representatives of recognized international lift manufacturers (e.g., MITSUBISHI (Japan), SCHINDLER (Spain), OTIS (USA), ORONA (Spain), KONE (Finland), THYSSEN (Germany) or equivalent) and must provide original manufacturer/dealer authorization and required documents.
Submission and procurement method:
- Tendering via Punjab e-Procurement System (eProcurement). Bidders to register and submit bids online as per PPRA/Punjab e-procurement rules.
- Tender documents/conditions available on the e-procurement portal; bidders must produce original PRC/license and required technical/financial documents as specified.
- Manual bids will not be accepted unless explicitly allowed — submit through e-procurement only.
