WASA Vehari E-PAD Tender Notice — Rehabilitation & Repair Works (Closing 2026-08-13)

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Vehari invites electronic bids through the E-PAD single-stage single-envelope procedure for rehabilitation and repair works. Eligible contractors/firms must be duly enlisted, hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the appropriate category and codes, and be active filers of NTN/PNTN and GST.

Bidders must submit Earnest Money/Bid Security as Deposit at Call (DD/CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of "Water & Sanitation Agency, Vehari" and must ensure the original reaches the Head Clerk, WASA Vehari before the closing time (13.08.2026). Complete bidding documents, terms, BOQ and technical evaluation criteria are available on the Punjab e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS URL and uploaded before the deadline. Any application received by courier, post or e-mail will not be accepted.
