| Areas of expertise | Audit, Finance, Accounting, Corporate affairs of the company; report writing (preparation/replies to Federal Govt audit reports & annual audit report); compliance with authority; forensic audit; taxation system & public finance; provisions of Companies Act, 2017, Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013, SOE Ownership and Management Policy, 2023, and other relevant laws, rules and regulations applicable to the company |
