Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan invites applications for contract positions for establishment of an independent CSR/MRS Wing in Balochistan. Positions are initially offered on a two-year contract, extendable on satisfactory performance.

Working understanding of CSR/MRS; relevant CSR/MRS experience will be considered. | 40-62 |
| Deputy Project Director cum Director Operations (PPS-08) | 01 | Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university (preferred: Economics, Commerce, MBA/Accounting & Finance). Experience in project management and public works related to public sector development projects. Familiarity with CSR/MRS processes will be an advantage. | 35-62 |
| Director Technical (Senior Engineer) (PPS-09) | 01 | Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution. Knowledge of standardization and engineering best practices and specifications. Significant post-qualification experience on public sector development projects (experience as XEN/Project Manager). Understanding of CSR/MRS technical aspects an advantage. | 35-62 |
| Assistant Engineer (Civil) | 01 | B.E. (Civil) from an HEC-recognized university. Engineering practice experience; knowledge of CSR/MRS process and MRS updating (technical side) will be considered an additional asset. | 25-55 |
| Assistant Engineer (Electrical) | 01 | B.E. (Electrical) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Engineering practice experience; knowledge of CSR/MRS process and MRS updating (technical side) will be considered an additional asset. | 25-55 |
| Computer Programmer / IT Expert | 01 | Master's or Bachelor's (4-year) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT from an HEC-recognized university. Strong knowledge of database management and web development. Familiarity with CSR/MRS systems and technical tasks for MRS updating will be considered an advantage. | 25-55 |

Government employees should apply through proper channel and provide NOC. Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be accepted. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be paid. Preference will be given to candidates holding domicile of Balochistan.
