Eligibility: Reputed manufacturers / authorized distributors / dealers duly registered with the relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.

Fees & security: Tender fee (non-refundable) Rs. 2,000. Earnest money: 2% of total bid cost.
Submission & opening: Sealed bids complete in all respects must reach GIKI by 1200 Hours on 2026-07-31. Proposals will be opened at 1230 Hours on the same day in the presence of available bidders.
Reservation: The Institute reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel the bids/tender at any time before award without assigning any reason.
