Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Multan Division (Commercial Branch). Sealed tenders are invited from eligible Firms/Contractors for prequalification and subsequent open auction for the operation of the Station Restaurant, Multan Cantt. Procurement will follow a two-stage (Technical + Financial) single-envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules (PPRA-2004). Firms/Contractors must be registered filers.
Tender documents are available for purchase from the Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Multan (Commercial Branch). Tender forms are non-refundable. Successful bidders who pass the technical evaluation will be called for the final financial/open bidding; unsuccessful technical bidders will not be called for financial bid.
