Tender Notice — Annual Framework Contracts | Municipal Committee Ferozewala (Bids due 2026-08-12)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Ferozewala. Municipal Committee invites single-stage, one-envelope (SSOE) bids on EPADS/PPRA for multiple annual framework contracts and works for the year 2026-27 (rates as per MRS 2nd Bi-annual 2026).

Key submission details:

- Tender documents available on PPRA/EPADS from date of publication until 2026-08-12.

- Bids must be submitted on EPADS by 2026-08-12 at 10:30 AM. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.

- Bids will be opened on EPADS on the same date at 11:00 AM in the office of Municipal Committee Ferozewala by the tender opening committee in the presence of available contractors/their authorized representatives.

- All bidders must submit original CDR (earnest money) along with application to the office of Municipal Officer (I&S) at least 30 minutes before the opening time.

- Bidders are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes at the time of payment as per Government of Punjab rules. Current PPRA rules will apply. Any fake information or document (including CDR/pay order) will disqualify the contractor and may lead to blacklisting and other actions per PPRA/PEC recommendation.

- Contractors must quote rates in numbers as well as words on a net-rate basis. No telegraphic/conditional tender and without earnest money will be entertained. No tender via post or by hand will be accepted — only EPADS submissions will be considered.

- The competent authority may reject all bids at any time prior to approval/acceptance. After issuance of acceptance letter, the successful contractor must execute the agreement on stamp paper within 14 days or his/her bid security will be forfeited and re-tendering initiated.

- Payment for generator fuel will be made according to actual usage at government rates based on average consumption per hour of the generator.
