Issuer: Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme, Port Qasim Authority (PQA), Karachi. Purpose: Notice of intended transfer of ownership of a plot following the death of the registered allottee and invitation for any claims/objections.

Deceased: Ameer Ali Airi S/o Muhammad Malook Airi, Ex-Hawaldar (Security), Port Qasim Authority; resident Flat No. 17, Block C-1, PQA Housing Complex, Bin Qasim, Karachi. Date of death: 24.11.2016.
The plot is proposed to be transferred in favor of the following named legal heirs:
