Pakistan Railways Tender Notice — Procurement of DG Sets, Motor Starting & Cylinder Liner Items (Closing 2026-08-07)

Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office (Chief Controller of Purchase) invites sealed/e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under funds reserved for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Single Stage-Two Envelope with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique will be used. Bids must include required bid security and comply with instructions in the e-Bidding documents available on ePADS v2.0.

Submission & e-Bidding: E-bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0. Deadline for submission is 2026-08-07 at 10:30 AM; e-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders not registered on ePADS v2.0 should register prior to submission.

Bid Security & Documents: All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the Bidding Documents.
