Tender: Supply of Furniture, IT Equipment and Machinery Equipment — Punjab Ring Roads Authority (PRRA)

Punjab Ring Roads Authority (PRRA) invites sealed bids on a lot-wise basis from reputable firms registered with relevant registration authorities and the Tax Department (Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST)) with active taxpayer profile and relevant experience for supply of Furniture Fixture, IT Equipment and Machinery Equipment. Bids will be received/processed under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Documents are available from the date of publication and can be downloaded from PRRA and PPRA websites (e.g. http://prra.punjab.gov.pk and http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Participation and bidding documents can also be obtained from PRRA offices on written request on company letterhead.

- Technical bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order) in favor of Punjab Ring Roads Authority equal to the 2% amounts shown above.

- Bids must be prepared in conformity with bidding documents and submitted through the E-PROCUREMENT portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and reach the office of the Deputy Director (A&C) no later than 2026-08-07 at 11:00 AM.

- Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to be present, provided they bring a valid authority letter from their organization.

- PRRA will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by courier/firms/post office. In case of official holiday on bid submission day, the next working day will be considered closing date. PRRA may reject all bids as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
