The Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan invites technical and financial proposals to hire a Financial Advisor to manage the privatisation of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC). Interested parties may apply individually or as a consortium with relevant transaction experience.
RFP package and details are available at https://privatisation.gov.pk/SLIC-FAEOI. Proposals must be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] and by courier (one original and five copies) to Advisor (III), 4th Floor, New Pak Secretariat Building, Kohsar Block, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. A non-refundable processing fee of US$1,000 is required as per the RFP. Submission deadline: 2026-08-13, 3:00 p.m. Pakistan Standard Time.
