CDA Invites E-Bids for PCC Kerb Stones and Footpath/Drainage Works in Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (Market & Roads Maintenance North) invites electronic bids for two works in Islamabad: (1) Providing and Fixing PCC kerb stones at Margalla Avenue from Constitution Avenue to Murree Road — NIT Rs. 20,685,056; earnest money Rs. 621,000. (2) Improvement of footpath and drainage system in Gali #56, Sector F-6/4 — NIT Rs. 948,134; earnest money Rs. 28,500. Bidding documents are available only on the PPRA E-PADS portal and bids must be submitted online via http://eprocure.gov.pk.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (category C-6 or above) with project code CE-01 for 2025-26 & 2026-27 and registered as vendors on PPRA E-PADS. Scanned bid security (CDR) should be uploaded on E-PADS and the original CDR in favor of the Deputy Director Market & Roads Maintenance North, CDA must be submitted as required by the bidding documents. Bids will be opened publicly on 2026-08-10 at 11:30 AM at the office of Director Market & Roads Maintenance and Deputy Director Market & Roads Maintenance North (Old Naval Head Quarter, Room No. 40 & 66, Sector G-6 Melody, Islamabad).
