NBF Request for Bids — Procurement of Local 68gsm Paper & Imported 210gsm Bleach Card (EPADS) — Islamabad

Issuer: National Book Foundation (NBF), Islamabad. The Foundation has reserved funds for procurement of paper and bleach card for FY 2026-27 and invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).

Procurement method: Single Stage-One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Detailed bidding documents, specifications, terms and bid security requirements are available on EPADS v2.0.

Submission & opening: E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-08-12 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Manual/physical submissions will not be accepted.
