Issuer: Municipal Committee Ferozewala. Purpose: Single-stage, one-envelope tenders (EPADS) for annual framework contracts and various maintenance/repair works for financial year 2026-27.
Key instructions: Tender documents available on PPRA/EPADS from date of publication. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS; manual bids are not acceptable. Submission deadline on EPADS: 2026-08-12 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Municipal Committee Ferozewala before the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Original CDR/earnest money must also be submitted in the office of the Municipal Officer (I&S) at least 30 minutes before tender opening. Firms/contractors are responsible for applicable taxes; quoting of rates both in words and figures is compulsory. False documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
