Punjab Ring Roads Authority Tender: Supply of Furniture, IT & Machinery (IFB No. PRRA/Admin/2026/E&F-IT-Machinery)

Issuer: Punjab Ring Roads Authority (PRRA). Invitation for sealed bids on a lot-wise basis for supply of Furniture Fixtures, IT Equipment and Machinery Equipment under IFB/Tender No. PRRA/Admin/2026/E&F-IT-Machinery.

Eligibility: Reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and the Tax Department for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST), with active taxpayer profiles and adequate experience for the supply of the listed items.

Bid Documents & Participation: Documents are immediately available and can be downloaded from PRRA websites: http://prra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab E-Procurement portal http://www.eprocurement.punjab.gov.pk. Participation and bidding documents can also be obtained from PRRA offices on submission of a written request on company letterhead.

Bid Security & Submission: Technical bids must be accompanied by Bid Security (in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order) in favor of Punjab Ring Roads Authority. Sealed bids prepared in conformity with bidding documents must be submitted through the E-PROCUREMENT system (https://www.eprocurement.punjab.gov.pk) and reach the office of the Deputy Director (A&C) no later than 2026-08-07 at 11:00 AM.

Opening: Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend and present an authority letter.

Other conditions: PRRA will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery by courier firms/postal offices. In case of an official holiday on the day of submission, the next day will be treated as the closing date. PRRA management may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
