Banking Court III Karachi Auction: Mortgaged Plot No. 18-O, North Nazimabad

Banking Court-III, Karachi (Hon. Mrs. Noshaba Qazi, Judge) has ordered a public auction under Execution No. 69 of 2021 (Suit No. 08 of 2020) of mortgaged immovable property: Plot No. 18-O, Taqi Plaza, Phase II, Block-L, North Nazimabad, Karachi (approx. 505 sq. yards).

Market value is listed at Rs. 3,000,000 with forced sale value Rs. 2,400,000. Bidders must deposit 25% of the bid by pay order/banker’s cheque in the name of the Banking Court, Karachi, and submit a copy of their CNIC (25% by cheque will not be accepted). The successful bidder must pay the balance within 15 days of the auction or forfeit the deposit. All taxes and charges are payable by the buyer; the court reserves the right to cancel the auction.
