Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) under the Ministry of IT & Telecom invites applications for the senior position of Director People & Culture to lead HR, talent, and organisational development for PSEB’s national operations.

Position	Key responsibilities	Minimum qualifications & experience
Director — People & Culture	Lead the full talent lifecycle: attraction, hiring, retention, and development. Build and embed a high-performance, values-driven organisational culture. Drive performance management, real feedback, learning & development, and succession planning. Design HR policies, service rules and ensure compliance while keeping them fit for purpose. Act as a trusted HR advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on people, culture and change.	Minimum 16 years of education: degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organisational Psychology, Management Sciences, Social Sciences or related discipline. Higher qualifications or professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantages. 10+ years of progressive HR/OD leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role. Public-sector experience is valued; ambitious private-sector HR leaders are also welcome. Age requirement stated in the advertisement (under 56 years).
