PSEB invites applications for the senior position of Director, People & Culture to lead talent, culture and HR strategy across the organisation.

Position Director, People & Culture
Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full talent lifecycle: hiring, retention and development.
  • Embed an effective performance culture with real feedback, growth and accountability.
  • Design and deliver learning & development and succession planning.
  • Maintain HR policies and service rules that are compliant and fit for purpose.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on people, culture and change.
Eligibility & qualifications
  • Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management Sciences, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Higher qualifications or professional HR/OD certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
  • Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution.
Experience & age
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR/OD leadership experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior HR role.
  • Public-sector experience is highly valued; accomplished private-sector HR leaders are also encouraged to apply.
  • Age: under 56 years.
